Are you an experienced coordinator who is ready to be challenged and support our P&O Operations team to provide excellent service to our colleagues? Would you like to be part of a team that sets strategic direction by engaging leaders and employees on the journey, whilst supporting our daily operations, ensuring onboarding support and facility tasks handling? If yes, then hurry up and send your application for our newly created position as P&O Coordinator in Region North-West Europe. The Position As P&O Coordinator, you act as the go-to person on our daily deliverables in onboarding/offboarding and support on various facility maintenance tasks and general P&O support. You will be dedicated to support our upcoming Virtual Hub in the office building, where our virtual colleagues in Denmark will be physically sharing an office space. This is a temporary position with a minimum of 12 months. Your main responsibilities are:
  • Act as Team Assistant for onboarding/offboarding of our virtual employees physically located with us in Ørestaden
  • Support with relevant onboarding activities such as preparing Introduction plans, IT onboarding support, access card registration, intro to office processes and systems
  • Events planning and communication support
  • Facility maintenance tasks such as ensuring kitchen supply purchases, coordinating internal team gatherings, update info screens and safeguarding printer room supplies
  • Qualifications In this role we are looking for a new colleague who is driven to provide high quality operational support and is experienced in managing hands-on and practical tasks. Moreover:
  • You are an experienced coordinator, who can work independently and enjoy being part of a dynamic team.
  • You are highly structured and able to prioritise a busy workload, with the ability to converse with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.
  • You are open-minded, solution-oriented, you have an international outlook and a can-do attitude which means you help the team succeed together and contribute to a strong and positive team spirit.
  • We work globally, so fluency in English is a prerequisite.
  • About the Department Region North-West Europe is part of International Operations and from the Regional Office and P&O team in Ørestaden, Copenhagen, we work closely with the 15 countries across the region. You will get more than 1,900 colleagues in the region of which around 85 are based in the Regional Office.
