The Position You will work in a highly international environment and report to Morten Engelund, Finance & Operations (F&O) Corporate Vice President (CVP), Region North West Europe. Your primary point of contacts will be F&O teams across Region NWE countries as well as regional F&O team. In your capacity as CVP Personal Assistant and Event Coordinator, you will: Be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Region NWE F&O CVP which includes providing excellent administrative support, such as scheduling and monitoring their agenda, prioritizing daily planning, managing travel arrangements, and planning meetings Ensure successful execution of internal and external meetings, as well as the management of large-scale events in F&O Work in close coordination with other assistants in Ørestad units to ensure flawless cross organizational administration, onboarding, and event management Maintain utmost confidentiality at all times. Qualifications We are looking for someone with a strong eye for detail who has excellent collaboration and immaculate coordination skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure. Moreover, You come from a similar position and have +5 years of personal assistant experience You are a proactive team player who demonstrates a strong ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders You have an excellent command of written and spoken English You thrive in an ever-changing environment, with frequently changing priorities, and handle day to day challenges with utmost professionalism with your sense of urgency, structure, and overview. You enjoy working in a fast paced, international, and diverse environment and get energy from collaborating with colleagues from different cultures. While you like to work independently, you are at your best when you work together and win as a team. About the Department You will work across North-West Europe (NWE) region, which is the largest region of International Operations in terms of turnover. We have around 2000 colleagues of which 100+ work for the Regional Office based in Ørestad, Copenhagen.
