You will work in the Produce & Deliver area team where you will be part of an Extended warehouse management program ensuring that we deliver standard and highly professional program approach to our many existing and to be warehouses.
This requires the ability to structure the way we deliver the projects by creating standards, procedures, reporting metrics to secure on-time and high quality in our deliverables. You will work closely together with the EWM Roll-Out Lead and EWM Solution Lead. The program includes both internal and external employees as well as close collaboration to external vendors.

Your key responsibilities will fall into these primary areas:
  • Develop and Own the EWM Program’s change management strategy, structure communication package for EWM roll-out.
  • Communicate early with relevant stakeholders centrally and locally on project approach, demand on resource ramp up, budget and governance needed to support the program (eg. Master Data handling centrally)
  • Create SAP EWM handbook and re-visit 3-4 times a year
  • Train scrum masters, project managers and program managers in EWM Project Roll out best practices
  • Participate in cross-system / functionality discussions and program alignment to ensure alignment with surrounding systems.
  • Advisory to Leadership team on operational and strategic subjects related to SAP EWM best practices within Project management of SAP EWM, and SAP EWM roll-out to new sites

  • As SAP EWM OCM Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring a professional and standard approach for the EWM deployment in close collaboration with the EWM Roll-Out Lead and EWM Solution Lead. To succeed in this role, you will need to work closely together with project managers, the program leadership as well as local project managers and other peers in the headquarters.

    Qualifications
    You will be part of the programme leadership team and ensure alignment with, Roll-Out Lead and project managers for all sites. You will not have any direct HR responsibility but will be overall responsible for the EWM Project Approach. In this journey, you will co-create the to be support organization together with the EWM Program Leadership.
    We expect you to have:
  • Master’s degree in Business, IT, or another relevant field and ready to go into a strategic area with 5+ years of delivering large projects
  • Solid understanding and experience of how to implement a standard project approach across several delivery tracks
  • Demonstrate agility and adapt quickly to change
  • Can-do attitude and like to juggle different tasks at the same time.
  • Strong Leadership Skills
  • Understanding of the Warehouse processes and SAP EWM as well as surrounding IT systems will be an advantage but not a requirement
  • We would like you to come with extended stakeholder management skills and ensure strong partnership with the production sites and the program. Moreover, you are pro-active and have a natural flair for optimization. About the department
