Do you want to help the nicest customers in the world? We’re now looking for a new addition to our team.
We’re in the midst of creating a new front office space, and are therefore looking for you, who will welcome our yarn-lovers with the biggest welcoming attitude. The Front Office Manager is a new position and you will be part of developing the role so it reflects the Hobbii Culture and people feel instantly welcome when they step into our office. This requires good people skills and a knack for detail and organizing.
You will at the same time join our Customer Success team, where you’ll join a vibrant international team of 20 dedicated and helpful colleagues.
Are you our new outgoing and smiling person, who speaks and writes Danish fluently and most importantly: You should love to be in contact with people? Then read on;
The role
Your role will be split between the front office where you will be in charge of the reception, handing out packages to our customers and welcoming guests to our office. The other half you will be part of the Danish Customer Success team.
As part of the Customer Success team, your role involves taking care of our lovely customers on Hobbii.dk by phone, chat, and email. We want the best customer service and you will, therefore, play a key role in achieving that. It would be a great advantage if you already have a good knowledge of yarn, knitting and/or crocheting, in order to provide the best possible service to our customers.
Working hours will usually be on weekdays, somewhere between 8-18 o'clock. You will be working with our awesome team located in Rødovre.
