We’re on a crazy expansion journey and was recently confirmed the fastest-growing company in Denmark during the last four years. Working in a fast growing eCommerce and scale-up makes our entire Marketing team extremely essential.

We’re therefore on the lookout for a new Design & Translation Assistant, with an impressive coordinating skillset. You will enter into our Marketing/Design team, where you within a team of 3 will work primarily with structuring our newsletter translations and our free collection of online patterns. You’ll work closely with our entire team of Freelance Translators and Designers and make sure everything is coordinated, translated and set up perfectly.

Together with your team, you’ll be the coordinating force when new Freelancers need to be added to our constantly expanding team. You’ll ensure the hiring/onboarding process runs smoothly, with everything from outreach to new potential Freelancers, and checking up and proofreading language tests during the hiring process.

You’ll daily be working with our international and Danish freelancers, why English and Danish fluency is a must. If you speak other languages we’ll just be extra thrilled. You’ll keep a detailed eye in making sure our patterns and newsletters are without translating mistakes and that different language versions are always available.

The skills needed to succeed

  • You have experience with email programs such as Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor or similar

  • You thrive in a position with routine assignments and tight deadlines

  • You are well known for your impressive coordination skills and are comfortable with multiple tasks at once

  • You’re very detail oriented - nothing goes unnoticed

  • You’re well experienced within Office-/Google Docs

  • You are an avid knitter or you crochet and knows the ins and outs of the entire yarniverse
