Student Assistant, Company Administration

Would you like to obtain valuable and relevant job experience working with legal procedures and administrative tasks in a green company in rapid growth? Then perhaps you are our new Student Assistant in Company Administration.

European Energy is an international renewable energy company in exponential growth. We cover all phases of on- and offshore wind and photovoltaic (PV) solar projects from greenfield development to construction, operation, and divestment of assets, as well as Power-to-X. Our company of almost 500 employees has since 2004 installed more than 2 GW of renewable energy and has a pipeline of 40+ GW. We operate globally and employ 30 different nationalities. Our goal is to be the most creative enabler in the green transition.

As our new Student Assistant, you will join a small team of two Company Administration Specialists. Company Administration is part of a small department covering Company Administration, Contract Management, and Document Controlling.

Your responsibility will be to assist the two Company Administration Specialists in performing various administrative processes. You will receive a thorough introduction to our systems and processes and work in close collaboration with our two Company Administration Specialists.

Primary tasks


  • Assist with the foundation of Danish companies
  • Prepare documents for corporate changes for our Danish companies
  • Communicate with other departments and external parties regarding corporate changes in Danish and foreign companies
  • Update internal company lists and overviews
  • Register company changes in CVR
  • Carry out KYC (know-your-customer) processes with banks and law firms
  • Handle requests regarding bank accounts, VAT, the authority to sign documents, granting access to digital posts, etc.
  • Archive corporate documents
  • Update organization diagrams

Your profile


  • Student within administration, law, or similar (minimum 1-2 years of study carried out)
  • Basic understanding of administrative processes and documents
  • Experience with MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Fluent in Danish and English at a high level
  • German, Italian, French, Polish, or Greek language skills are an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Interest in working with SharePoint

You will be working with many different colleagues from various backgrounds and nationalities, and you are good at communicating and building relations. You have an eye for details, are interested in administrative tasks, and are good at keeping an overview, while juggling between various tasks. It is also essential that you have good structural skills, as you will be working in a high-paced and motivated environment.
