Do you like working with informal leadership and stakeholder management in a greater complex setting? Are you structured, curious and strive to deliver results that will benefit the clinical organisation? Are you experienced in driving cross-functional projects within drug development? Then, you are the RBQM (Risk Based Quality Management) Project Manager that we are looking for.
The position
As RBQM Project Manager in CDD (Clinical Drug Development) you will work in the CMU (Central Monitoring Unit)-HQ department and have a dotted reporting line to the Senior Project Director of RBQM, who oversees all cross-functional RBQM projects including the digital project. Your key responsibilities include:
• Build, prioritize and maintain the roadmap for RBQM-CDD together with the RBQM advisers and specialists and ensure it is aligned with the corporate RBQM strategy
• Be the link between department and the overarching RBQM project
• Ensure deliveries from CMU-HQ are timely, relevant and visibility to the end-users
• Oversight of resource needs to achieve goals Your goal is to change the ways of working in the global clinical organisation and to ensure that RBQM becomes the natural way of working. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
• A MSc and 2-5 years of project management experience
• Work experience from the pharmaceutical industry and a thorough end-to-end understanding of clinical development is a preference.
• Active experience with developing RBQM is an advantage
• Professional proficiency in English
• Willing to work from Denmark as a lot of stakeholder management will be required As a person, you have an open mind and you are a team worker, appreciating cross-cultural and shill collaboration. You are a strong communicator and respectful with challenging project members. About the department
The CMU is a Danish HQ-department in Clinical Drug Development. We define the RBQM framework of Novo Nordisk, support trials in using the RBQM framework, drive behavioural change toward a risk mindset and execute central monitoring together with our sister department in Bangalore. We are a diverse team working in a hybrid setting with colleagues in four global locations and with diverse backgrounds (CRA / monitor, trial manager, medical and safety).
