The position We are looking for a skilled and experienced colleague who possesses excellent coordination skills. You will be supporting colleagues in both Development Communication and Development P&O. With your flair for prioritisation and a proactive approach to your work:
  • You will support the VP of Development P&O with daily tasks, such as calendar management, budget planning and various ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  • Furthermore, you will spend a proportion of your time creating and driving employee initiatives in collaboration with your colleagues in Development Communication.
  • Your expertise with small- and large-scale events will contribute to a best-in-class Development organisation, and your key role in the Site Søborg Community will help make Site Søborg an office space that is worth the commute.
  • Lastly, you will be supporting major events in Development, such as all staff meetings, leadership meetings etc.
  • Practically, you will be reporting to the Development EVP Communication Partner and since this is a newly created position, you have the opportunity to actively shape your role. Qualifications As part of a small and agile communication team, you enjoy contributing to deliverables with short deadlines. In addition, you:
  • Have minimum 3-4 years of experience as a communication/event professional
  • Have at least three years of experience with administrative tasks and processes
  • Are a structured thinker and apply an end-to-end mindset when it comes to executing on your deliverables
  • Have previously been responsible for supporting and executing both live and virtual events and projects, both large- and small-scale
  • Have an independent and result-oriented way of working and you approach tasks with energy, curiosity, and a positive attitude.
  • You communicate effortlessly in English, both verbally and written, and you are highly skilled in MS Office. In addition to the above, you perform your job by using excellent collaboration skills and a sense of humour. About the area Development is an Executive Vice President area in Novo Nordisk with the responsibility of developing and maturing innovative treatment solutions in the form of drugs, devices, and digital companions to improve lives of people with diabetes and other serious chronic diseases. We have a strong ambition to be the best in the world at doing this. In Development Communication, we play a key role in developing impactful communication to the Development organisation, and we do so by driving cross-functional communication initiatives across the EVP area. We are a small and dedicated team of four people, and together we are responsible for leadership communication, as well as internal and external communication which includes events, strategic projects and much more.
