Company Administration Specialist

Your new department:
As our new company administration specialist, you will join our Business Administrative team which is responsible for handling the administrative processes related to our legal entities as well as ensuring first-class document control and solid company administration processes.
The Business Administrative team consists of nine people seated in an open office environment, of which tree are handling our legal entities. The Team handles more than 250 Danish entities and a large number of foreign companies. The atmosphere in the department is positive and unpretentious.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure that company administration processes are performed and delivered with consistent quality, and you will work closely with our project, legal, asset management, and finance department.

You will be working with many different colleagues with various backgrounds, and you must be good at communicating and building relations. You have an eye for detail, are passionate about administrative tasks, and are good at keeping an overview while juggling various tasks. It is also essential that you have good structural skills, as you will be working in a high-paced and dynamic environment.

Your new role:
Your main responsibility will be to ensure that company administration processes are performed and delivered with consistent quality, and you will work closely with our project, legal, asset management, and finance department.
Responsibilities:
- Foundation processes of our Danish companies
- Prepare documents for corporate changes for our Danish companies
- Communication with other departments and external parties regarding corporate changes in Danish and foreign companies
- Update company lists and overviews
- KYC (know-your-customer) processes with banks
- Requests regarding bank accounts, VAT, the authority to sign documents, archive corporate documents
- Handling various tasks related to EE´s legal entities/companies.
- Be involved in all foundations, liquidations, purchases, sales, capital increases, and other company changes.
Your Profile:
You have:
- You have a bachelor´s degree in administration, law (e.g. legal secretary), or similar
- Knowledge of administrative law. Legal insights and understanding of company law matter.
- Preferably 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience
- You are an expert user of MS Office, especially in Outlook, Excel, and Word
- You master Danish and English at a professional level. German skills are beneficial
- User experience with Virk.dk, Nem ID, Penneo, and procedures regarding KYC. Knowledge of “persondataloven”
- SharePoint skill is an advantage
