The position
You will be a part of the Other Rare Blood Disorder portfolio team, driving assigned project and supporting the Portfolio Vice President with a wide range of tasks, such as:
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders
  • Define and build project plans and budgets and keep them up to date
  • Optimise and track a range of project activities
  • Arrange project team meetings – including preparation of meeting minutes and follow-up on actions
  • Prepare communication material (e.g. pre-read and presentations)
  • You will work with highly engaged colleagues across the full value chain, every one of them dedicated to creating better treatments and care for people with debilitating rare diseases. Qualifications
    To qualify for this position, you are first of all passionate about numbers, systems and structure. We imagine that you might have at least a few years of experience supporting projects and know the technical details behind project management.

  • A natural talent for working in different IT systems (e.g., SAP, MS Excel, and MS Project)
  • Fluent in oral and written English

  • About the department
    You will join an expanding and dynamic portfolio team with responsibility for development of projects within rare blood disorders. We have the ambition to transform the lives of people living with these debilitating diseases. Our area, Rare Disease & Advanced Therapies, is overall responsible for development of a large, diverse, and expanding portfolio fuelled by internal research targets as well as through external partnerships.
