The position
Your key responsibilities include:
• Support of Søborg Site
• Facilitation of workplace management
• Ordering different facility elements in internal Purchasing system (Coupa)
• Daily ad hoc tasks include support in meetings, emails and solving daily
vendor challenges.
• Management of Søborg support mailbox
• Administration of building archives and furniture storage’s
• Shared responsibility for Site Søborg intranet, Community + Yammer sites
• Administration of temporary ID cards (internal and external)
• Shared Administration of EBAR (Electronic Building Access Request) access system
for all of Site Søborg (Owners)
• Onsite support for Global Facility
• Ad hoc copy and plotter print services
• Ad hoc task in co-operation with SVP assistants
• Handling of key suppliers and vendors (stakeholders) on behalf of Site Søborg
• Coordinator in various events and internal activities Qualifications
Secondary education level and at least 3 years of experience within the service trade. Excellent computer skills and Microsoft Office 365 knowledge, especially Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams. Experience with supplier contact, retrieval of offers, submissions of orders and approval of invoices. Booking planner experience. Effective communication skills in English and Danish are mandatory, both orally and in writing.

About the department
In site Søborg Support team, we are currently 7 employees (operators, service assistants and technical assistants).
We are responsible for all meeting rooms working as designed (projectors/monitors, network, phones etc.). We take care of the department’s AV (Audio Visual) and IT (Information Technology) inventory and building reuse and disposal. Working at Novo Nordisk
