The Position
This role is a mix of strategy and execution, concept and process design, as well as project management, and it will bring together colleagues and expertise from different parts of the organization. At a time where we bring in thousands of new colleagues every month, it’s more important than ever to set them up for success, make them feel welcome and properly introduce them to the Novo Nordisk Way, our heritage, value chain and therapy areas. This role will play a key role in ensuring exactly this.
As Global Onboarding Lead (maternity cover), you will be focused on the review, improvement and further development of our online global onboarding journey as well as ensuring a close collaboration and link into the global project currently running to optimize the customer experience in our end-2-end HR processes representing the global preboarding and onboarding CoE. Onboarding has been defined as a must win battle in Global People & Organization this year and there will be lots of visibility and opportunity to impact.
Some of your main responsibilities include to: Be the global pre- and onboarding main point of contact for colleagues in local affiliates Provide support and guidance during “hyper care period” of global implementation of Preboarding solution (together with People & Organization Digital Solutions Team) Review content and flow of content on our virtual global onboarding solution to ensure readiness for transferring it to a new platform Co-develop governance model for local preboarding and onboarding journeys on our global platform together with Digital Solutions team Update and improve existing onboarding guides and templates Provide input for status reports to senior stakeholders Actively participate and represent the onboarding CoE in the onboarding part of the global project looking at optimizing the customer experience in our End-2-end HR processes The job is a full-time role based in Bagsværd (Denmark).
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, we expect you to: Hold at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably within HR, communications, psychology, or other relevant fields Have vast experience working with high impact projects in a global and complex context, ideally dealing with aspects related to both concept development, global processes and technology Ideally, experienced within the field of designing and developing learning solutions Have a proven track record of strong stakeholder management skills and creating followership in a matrixed and multicultural organization. As a person, you enjoy working both independently as well as in a team and you are driven by solving complex challenges. While it’s important that you have a strategic mindset, you are also not afraid to be hands-on when needed. You know what it takes to create results and create followership and you can deal with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

You will join the Global Employer Branding & Onboarding Centre of Excellence team consisting of experienced, dedicated, and passionate employees from a range of professional backgrounds (HR, Communication, Business Development, Marketing & Natural Sciences).
