Terma is looking for an Executive Assistant to support and act as an outgoing, trusted partner for our Executive Management team. You will become part of a high-tech and complex organization with both the skills and aspirations in place to secure future growth with the main ambition of securing people through advanced technology.
To succeed in this role, you must be a problem-solver and possess organizational skills given complex calendar management and operating in a fast-paced environment. Furthermore, you bring outstanding communication and writing skills, great stakeholder management skills at upper level and will be resourceful in building trust and relationships with senior management across Terma globally. You will be reporting to our Executive Vice President Global Sales and Portfolio Management, Thomas Rosenkilde Anderson, and will be handling tasks for both the CEO, CFOO and EVP Global Sales and Portfolio Management. You will be working closely together with other Management Assistants, placed in Lystrup Aarhus - it is of key importance that you cooperate and succeed together cross locations in delivering highly competent Executive Management Assistance.

Bear in mind that candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails that candidates, as a minimum, have stayed within NATO/EU for the last 7 years only interrupted by short stays abroad.

Your responsibilities will cover:
- Acting as a trusted, competent and highly professional Assistant to Termas Executive Management team
- Professionally handling internal and external communication tasks at upper level in the organization
- Planning and coordinating various leadership meetings, including minutes of meetings and action logs
- Organizing various internal and external conferences and events, as required
- Being responsible for action plans and follow-up to drive progress on different tasks and projects
- Successfully managing a hectic and ever-changing calendar
- Proactively predicting when schedules are likely to change and make adjustments where necessary, ensuring all participants are fully informed of all changes
- Constantly increasing efficiency through your ability to execute on tasks, sparring and support
- Building and maintaining cooperative relationships with senior managers and colleagues at all levels

How to succeed in this position?
- You have minimum +5 years of experience from a similar role as Executive Assistant, Management Assistant or Personnel Assistant within a complex and global organization
- You hold a relevant BSc or MSc within e.g. Communication, International Business or similar
- You have experience from working in a global context with English as the corporate language
- You are a skilled user of the tools within the MS Office package and have good presentation skills
- You are a passioned, outgoing executer with a trusted personality and professionalism enabling you to win trust across the organization
- You are mature, robust, detailed-oriented, positive, and thrive when having to keep track of many tasks at the same time
- You enjoy working independently and possess the capacity to help shape the position yourself
