Are you currently in the last part of your Bachelor’s degree? Are you keen on getting insight into how we work with Business Ethics and Data Privacy in Research & Development (R&D) at Novo Nordisk? Then look no further as we are looking for a student assistant to join our R&D Compliance Centre of Expertise in Novo Nordisk. Apply now! The position You will be involved in a variety of tasks, all intended to support our organisation. In this role, you will work mostly with colleagues in the team and with other stakeholders within R&D. Your main tasks will be: Updating our data process flows in systems Supporting drafting of communication material for awareness and training General support to ad hoc advice Provide insight on relevant new legislation, rulings, and guidance Practicalities: Period: Minimum 18 months Working hours: Approximately 15 hours/week during normal working hours Start date: 1 September 2023 At Novo Nordisk, we use our skills, dedication, and ambition to help people with diabetes and change their lives. Qualifications You are studying either Law or Commercial Law and only candidates who are enrolled on a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme and actively studying will be considered for the position. Service-minded and a fast learner with a systematic approach Excellent Excel skills Fluency in English ‘Digitalised’ outgoing person with good ideas and a personal drive and dedication We are looking for a student assistant who has a high interest in getting insights into how a compliance function works within a highly regulated area and who would like to learn more about Business Ethics, Data Privacy and Data Ethics. About the department The position is based in the R&D Compliance Centre of Expertise, in Søborg. We are a team of 7 dedicated colleagues working across Novo Nordisk’s R&D who work with equipping our organisation to apply business ethics, data privacy and data ethics. This entails establishing processes and governance, providing training and providing advice. We are working closely with our stakeholders in headquarters in Denmark and with other Novo Nordisk affiliates around the world to ensure good governance.
