Then you could be the new student assistant we are looking for to join our Communication team in Submissions & Life Cycle Management (SubLCM). Apply now! The position You will join our SubLCM Communication team, where you will help deliver on everyday communication tasks, often with short deadlines. Some of your daily tasks will be proactively seeking out and producing content for our internal platforms, such as creating presentations, insightful articles, appealing videos, and engaging Yammer posts. The aim of your tasks is to keep SubLCM employees informed about business priorities, milestones, and initiatives within our business area, and stimulate our culture creating a sense of belonging among our colleagues in the organisation. During your time in the department, you will learn how to deliver strong and profound results in an efficient and value-adding way. You will report to the Manager of SubLCM Communication. Qualifications Currently, you are finalising a Bachelor’s degree or have started a relevant Master’s degree within Communications.
  • Passion for internal and organisational communication
  • Some experience working in a large organisation or in developing communication content and planning communication activities
  • Master with Office 365 features (like PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Yammer, and Teams)
  • True wizard in creating visually appealing presentations, videos, and articles that catch the interest of the audience
  • Enjoy working with many different stakeholders and you are quick, curious, and eager to learn
  • Proficiency in English and thrive working both independently and in teams
  • As a person, you are highly driven and due to a structured mindset, you are capable of meeting deadlines without compromising on the quality of your deliverables. And importantly, you approach tasks and colleagues with a positive attitude, energy, and a good sense of humour. About the department SubLCM Communication is a department placed in the Executive Office in Submissions & Life Cycle Management. We are part of the Development area in Novo Nordisk, where we work with senior leaders to enable strategic decision-making and create clarity on priorities across SubLCM. SubLCM is home to 1,300 colleagues located in Denmark, Bangalore, and Boston. We strive to create impactful communication across the SubLCM organisation. We are responsible for driving leadership communication and internal communication about strategic projects, business priorities, and milestones with the aim of creating meaning and movement among our colleagues. SubLCM Communication consists of three passionate communication professionals.
