Student Assistant, Company Administration

European Energy is an international green energy company in exponential growth. In 2022 we have expanded with 270 new colleagues, now being more than 660 enthusiastic and professional employees globally.

We have a student community with more than 70 of our students participating in development talks and social events.

Your new team

You will get an essential role in the Company Administration team, which is part of our Business Administrative team. We take pride in handling the administrative processes related to our legal entities as well as ensuring first-class document control and solid company administration processes.

Our main objective is to perform various administrative processes concerning the company’s renewable energy projects globally.

How you will create an impact

The student position entails various administrative tasks such as document handling, filing, locating documents on the server or in SharePoint, identifying the content and purpose of the documents, and naming the documents.

You will receive a thorough introduction to our systems and processes and work in close collaboration with our two Company Administration Specialists.

Your valuable contributions will support crucial administrative procedures of our projects of solar, wind, and power-to-X.

Your key tasks will include

  • You will assist with the foundation of German companies
  • You will prepare documents for corporate changes for our German companies
  • You will communicate with other departments and external parties regarding corporate changes in German and foreign companies
  • You will update internal company lists and overviews
  • You will carry out KYC (know-your-customer) processes with banks and law firms
  • You will handle requests regarding bank accounts, VAT, the authority to sign documents, granting access to digital posts, etc.
  • You will archive corporate documents
  • You will update organization diagrams

We imagine you have the following competencies

We are looking for a student currently enrolled in their Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree studies. The ideal candidate will have a background that includes some of the following elements:

  • You are a student within the administration, law, or similar (minimum 1-2 years of study carried out)
  • You have a basic understanding of administrative processes and documents
  • You have experience with MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • You have an interest in working with SharePoint

As we are working internationally an additional language will be very welcomed. Italian, French, Polish, or Greek language skills are an advantage.

As a person, you are detail-oriented and have a solid understanding of legal documents and procedures. You have a thorough and structured way of working and take pride in quality ensuring your work. Your experience is not as important as your structured approach to your work.

The Company

European Energy is a Danish privately owned company founded in 2004. We operate from development and construction to operation and selling of photovoltaic (PV) and wind farms on land as well as offshore globally. Further, we work with the development of future energy solutions, e.g., Power-to-X. We have a solid collaboration with local stakeholders and want to involve them in all parts of the process.
