Our core values are the foundation of everything we do: In it together, Trust and courage, Ambition, Excitement, Inclusion, and Agility.
The HR team
We are a team of 15 HR professionals and two Student Assistants driving HR excellence. We handle the full employee life cycle from talent acquisition to data management, employer branding to leadership training. By working collaboratively, we value open communication and knowledge sharing to help each other thrive. We prioritize togetherness by celebrating important events, having common coffee breaks, and enjoying breakfast together as part of our weekly HR meeting.
How you will create an impact
As our new HR Reporting Specialist, you will connect HR data and business outcomes by creating valuable insights that will enable and support the green transition. You will take the lead on our regular HR data reports to various internal stakeholders across the organization. Collecting, compiling, and analyzing HR data and metrics from various sources will be some of your daily activities but you will also help improve data quality and develop our HR data tools.
You will report to Zane Berzina, Senior HR Data Analyst.
“The actionable insights we provide to the business of our people is what drives me in my daily work,” says Zane and highlights the general involvement of the team throughout the employee life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
To thrive in the role we imagine you have the following competencies
As a person, you are service minded and supportive and can see the value in data insights and simplifying complex data sets. You are an analytically-minded and methodical problem solver. You have an eye for detail and a heart for correct numbers, and you use your professional pride and stubbornness to follow through and deliver correct and aligned numbers in all reports.
