About the department
You get the opportunity to join work within the Diabetes Market Access Team as well as support the Early Portfolio and Insights Team. Both teams do work that is crucial to the commercial success of our Diabetes products. This is your opportunity to join an international, high performing team in Søborg, working with bright people supporting the global strategies for our innovative Diabetes products in Novo Nordisk. The position
In this role, you are offered a challenging and exciting position in the Diabetes Market Access Team, also supporting the Early Portfolio and Insights Team, where you can expect to have various administrative tasks and responsibilities. Your primary tasks will be to support the two Vice Presidents, actively contribute to building a well-functioning department and team spirit as well as lead specific projects and processes. Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
  • Calendar planning, meeting preparation, minutes and follow-up on actions, travel arrangements, concur expense report and various ad-hoc tasks.
  • Supporting role to the team members helping coordination and logistics on different projects.
  • Budget planning, controlling, and executing of the line of business and project budgets in our system, BeTTi, including monthly follow up.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management and compliance within HCP/HCO engagements.
  • Assist with recruitment and lead onboarding of new employees.
  • Plan and drive team events and activities, both on- and off-site.
  • Ensure and assist with compliance for the VP area.
  • As a VP Assistant, you will be part of our cross-unit administrative network where we share knowledge and experiences, helping each other and optimising ways of working across the unit. You will also be involved in Advisory Board meetings where the HCP rules are important to follow. Furthermore, you will have a supporting role for your team members in both areas, helping with coordination and logistics on different projects, e.g., internal communication, meetings, contracts, regional trainings and web activities. Qualifications
    In order to qualify for this position, we imagine that you:
  • Have a relevant administrative background as well as extensive experience within similar position. Experience from Novo Nordisk is an advantage.
  • Are experienced in IT systems, preferably including MS Office and SAP.
  • Have experience as well as an interest in budgeting and finance.
  • Can communicate effortlessly, both written and verbally, in English at a business level.
  • Furthermore, you are proactive and have strong organisational and coordination skills as well as the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. As a person, we imagine that you are self-driven and enjoy helping identify and carry out the tasks where you can do the biggest difference. You are by nature positive, service-minded and meet many different people openly. You enjoy working with different stakeholders in headquarter, affiliates and external vendors. You thrive in a constant changing working environment with a high pace and many tasks, meeting both new challenges and repetitive tasks with an open and solution-oriented mind.
