The position In this role, you are offered a challenging and exciting position in a dynamic environment. Your primary area of responsibility will be administrative support to the Vice President (VP). Your main tasks will be:
  • Administration of VP’s calendar including travel arrangements, exhibiting excellent structure and prioritisation skills.
  • Planning, coordinating, and preparing of meetings.
  • Purchasing of supplies and services.
  • Expense management
  • Support the VP with administration of the department, e.g. onboarding, organize events etc.
  • In addition, you will be the go-to person for the Søborg based Rare Diseases teams, including the Commercial Planning and Cell therapy teams. You will part of the RareD assistant group, where you will be engaged in cross-organisational tasks. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we imagine you have the following qualifications:
  • Several years of experience from a similar role.
  • Experience from administrative roles within large, international cooperation. Knowledge from the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
  • Proven and solid skills in coordination, organising and structuring tasks.
  • Demonstrate good business understanding.
  • You master professional communication skills and have an excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • You are flexible and thrive in an ever-changing environment, with frequently changing priorities and handle this with your sense of urgency, structure, and overview. We are looking for a person who is enthusiastic and engaged and has an eye for delivering high-quality results. You are service-minded, have a can-do attitude, enjoy working under tight deadlines and master good coordination skills. You can work independently, proactively, and always striving to find solutions to the challenges at hand. About the department In Novo Nordisk Rare Disease, we are responsible for the development, manufacturing, market access and distribution of high-quality therapeutics for people living with rare diseases like haemophilia or hormonal deficiencies. In Global Rare Disease Access, we ensure that there is access to our rare disease products for the people around the world who need it. The department is an expanding, international, high performing team of dedicated professionals situated in Søborg, Denmark. Optimising market access, we ensure the continued success of the Novo Nordisk Rare Disease Portfolio when we develop and execute strong, evidence-based global access strategies. In close collaboration with key internal stakeholders, Global Rare Disease Access establishes these strategies and key support tactics in the areas of pricing, reimbursement, health economics & outcomes research, value communication, and subsequently supports the implementation regionally and locally.
