About the area
To accelerate and expand the promising novel therapy CagriSema within Obesity and Diabetes, a dedicated area has been established as part of Clinical Drug Development. Clinical Operations is responsible for the setup and execution of phase 1-4 clinical trials within the area. As Clinical Trial Administrator you will be an essential member of the trial management team supporting the clinical and clinical pharmacology trials in all relevant aspects of preparation, conducting, documentation, and archiving. By using your structured approach and high-quality mindset, you will establish and maintain the Trial Master Files in accordance with Standard Operational Procedures (SOP), including uploading and updating of information, indexing and Quality Control of trial documents in our different IT Clinical systems. Furthermore, you can expect that you will: Support meeting planning. Be highly involved in outsourcing processes and trial budgets. Assist in updating clinical documents such as protocol and protocol amendments. Be involved in the preparation of monitoring guidelines, laboratory manuals, and enrolment updates. All activities are carried out in close collaboration with the trial responsible Trial Managers, and you will be collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders worldwide. The position is based in Søborg, Denmark. Qualifications
In order to succeed in this role, we imagine that: You have broad administrative experience from supportive roles during your career, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. You have a flair for using IT systems and are highly skilled within MS Office, including Excel and Teams. It will also be an advantage if you have knowledge with Trial Master File systems. You are proficient in English, both written and verbally. Our ideal candidate is a strong team player, can work independently and is well-structured with a sense for detail and a good overview at the same time. It is important that you can manage deadlines and can work with multiple and frequently changing priorities. We imagine that you have good collaboration skills and a sense of humour.
