We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join and support our two global Vice Presidents of “Diabetes Early Portfolio & Insights” and “Icodec & Insulin Portfolio Unit”. Apply today and join us for a life-changing career! The position As our new personal assistant, you will be providing excellent support to two Vice Presidents. You can look forward to a diverse role with many different tasks, ranging from administrative to project oriented. Your main tasks will be:
  • Budget planning and controlling across both VP areas
  • Coordinating and organizing of meetings, agenda, preparation of materials, taking minutes and distributing them after the meeting as well as follow up on action points
  • Calendar management including travel coordination and booking
  • Assist with staff management tasks across the area, including coordination of events, team building and ensuring general well-being
  • Furthermore, you will be involved in a series of related administrative tasks such as stakeholder management, quality and compliance tracking, employee training etc. You will also be a key member of the Global Diabetes Commercial Personal Assistant (PA) group. In this role you will drive cross-functional collaborations and initiatives across the VP areas in close collaboration with team coordinators. Qualifications We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within complex administrative tasks
  • Flair for and experience in working with budget planning, follow up and consolidation.
  • Skilled in driving administrative processes with good business tasks and a structural approach
  • It is an advantage if you have experience working with different stakeholders in HQ, affiliates and external agencies.
  • You master professional communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
  • You are flexible and thrive in an environment, with frequently changing priorities and handle this with your sense of urgency, structure, and overview. You are service minded, have a can-do attitude, enjoy working under tight deadlines and master good coordination skills. You can work independently, be proactive, and always strive to find solutions to the challenges at hand. About the departments The job is located in Søborg, Denmark within Novo Nordisk’s Commercial Strategy & Corporate Affairs organisation as part of Diabetes Therapy Area Unit. Diabetes Early Portfolio & Insights is responsible for driving the Diabetes Strategy in close collaboration with R&D. In addition, the team focus on the intersection between business and science/technology as they are responsible for providing commercial guidance to R&D. Moreover, they provide actionable insights based on competitive intelligence, market research (and data) as well as forecasting to enable fact-based decision making in senior management. The Icodec & Insulin Portfolio team is responsible for developing and commercialising the insulin products in development. The team sets global strategic direction for the brands through a co-creation approach with both global, regional and affiliate stakeholders.
