Then, this is your chance as we are looking for two Project Managers to join the Business Analysis team in Clinical Drug Development. Apply today! The position As Project Manager, you will be responsible for setting the direction for our business intelligence solution ensuring business needs are met, and enabling advanced analytics for strategic and operational decisions. In addition, handle the internal and external IT vendors responsible for maintaining and developing our system as well as being project manager on projects. The BI tool we use is Azure Delta Lake enabling time travel on both actual and planned data across our source systems which ultimately will enable ML/AI models to be applied for decision-making. The vision is to create a single version of global data to improve informed decision-making both for strategic leadership decisions as well as operational decisions taken by the individual trial teams. We are approaching 2000 users at all levels in the global clinical development organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to support the global clinical development organisation by creating transparency for informed decision-making. Qualifications To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have:
  • Master’s degree in business, science or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management and/or advanced business analysis.
  • Proven track as product owner and/or UX.
  • Strong digital, process, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • As a person, you are structured, ambitious, visionary, a good communicator and function well in a dynamic environment. About the department Clinical Drug Development is the Novo Nordisk area responsible for the global clinical research and project management of our clinical products in development employing more than 4500 globally. It is a complex environment with many clinical projects in our development portfolio. Transparency and in-depth analysis on global clinical performance, operational tracking, predictive models, capacity and cost management is of high importance to us. You will be part of a Business Analysis function supporting the global clinical development organization. We are a global department of 19 dedicated professionals supporting and collaborating across the global clinical development organization.
