The position In this position you will play a key role in the department providing crucial support for the project managers, director and the area in general. Your main tasks will be:
  • Responsible supervisor on daily tasks for a team of student workers
  • Coordination of contract processes of external Key Opinion Leaders, ensuring that compliance requirements are met
  • Support the project with budget overview and follow up
  • Onboarding of new colleagues in the area
  • Furthermore, you will be part of a team of other GMA coordinators ensuring that all compliance requirements are being followed and responsible for communicating to your team. You will also be the point of contact for the project managers in compliance cases. As our new project coordinator you will be part of a new team (External Engagement Office) and have the possibility together with the team lead and the director to define tasks and processes. Qualifications We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
  • You are highly skilled within MS Office, especially Excel, and quickly picks up new system skills
  • You communicate effortlessly in English at business level, both verbally and written
  • Our ideal candidate has a strong customer service mind-set, organises tasks independently and is well structured with a sense for details. It is important that you can manage deadlines and can work with multiple and frequently changing priorities using good collaboration skills and a sense of humour. You are a natural planner who knows how to organise your days (ahead) and you have a strong quality mindset. In a day-to-day setting you are known as a team-player with a can-do attitude. About the department You will join an international, high-performing team with a variety of backgrounds (project management, international business and communication). We use our differences to create innovative ideas and high-quality solutions. In Scientific Dialogue Office we drive global medical education activities and engagements for Key Opinion Leaders and Health Care Professionals. Moreover, we collaborate with key affiliates and global stakeholders to ensure pivotal results, which meet the strategic goals of GMA on global and local levels.
