The position
As a Personal Assistant in R&D Quality, you will support the Corporate Vice President with communication, administrative and practical tasks. You will play a key role in supporting the culture and determining our ways of working. Additionally, you will chair a team of assistants and participate in a cross-functional CVP assistant group.
In this role, you will be offered a challenging and exciting position in a dynamic environment and will be responsible for a broad spectrum of administrative tasks, including:
• Prepare budgets incl. FTE overviews, monthly follow-ups, and quarterly adjustments
• Prepare and review documents, including presentations, reports, and correspondence
• Act as a business sparring partner in ensuring effective business processes and execution of management meetings, including documentation of meetings
• Manage the CVP's calendar, including scheduling appointments and arranging meetings
• Act as a liaison between the CVP and stakeholders as needed

Your role will encompass handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion, updating websites, e-mail lists, and organizational charts, and fulfilling other administrative duties as required. You will be a member of the R&D Quality Leadership Team and report directly to the CVP. Qualifications
We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably working with senior leaders
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

About the department
R&D Quality is responsible for quality and compliance aspects across the R&D organisation in Novo Nordisk. The area consists of approximately 150 people organised in 6 functions and we are based at multiple locations in Denmark and globally. We take great pride in ensuring R&D are at the forefront of quality and compliance and have a strong collaboration with stakeholders in the broader organisation.
