Behind the title We are looking for a Product Manager for Digital Workplace who can drive the product vision and roadmap, align with stakeholders and agile teams, and deliver features that meet customer needs and business impact. You will be working in a SAFe context with 7 agile teams across different countries and time zones. You will be responsible for driving innovation and change initiatives in complex and critical business areas. Your key responsibilities include: Preparing and driving the product vision, strategy and roadmap across currently 7 agile teams
Building, prioritizing and maintaining a Program Backlog and continuously prioritize across Digital Workplace and with other relevant stakeholders
Aligning with stakeholders and Agile Release Train (ART) to ensure product viability
Ensuring feature and epic delivery according to agreements
Contributing in ART events
What we scout for To succeed in this role, we imagine you meet most of the following: Bachelor or Master in relevant education
5-10 years of experience in IT leadership roles
Experience with SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager roles or similar
Knowledge on Agile principles, methodology and events
Senior experience with Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)
Expert experience in stakeholder management in political and global organisations
The team is waiting for you You will be part of Digital Workplace which is a global Product Area with Employees in Denmark, India and US. The position is in IT’s headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark. We are approximately 60 internal employees. You will be part of the Leadership team for the ART consisting of the Vice President, People Leaders, the Lead Architect, and the Release Train Engineer. You will also be close to the Danish team of 20-25 employees. The Digital Workplace Department is globally responsible for ensuring a digital working environment fostering simplicity, collaboration, and high performance for all Novo Nordisk employees. We manage Microsoft 365, Meeting technologies, Computing, and Mobile platforms and devices as part of DD&IT, Novo Nordisk's Digital, Data, and IT.
