Apply today and join us for a life-changing career ! The position We are seeking a candidate for the position as VP Assistant to the VP of Safety Surveillance in Global Patient Safety. You will work closely with the VP and join the leadership team supporting on various administrative tasks. Your main tasks will be: Leadership meeting planning, including preparation of Agenda, presentation and taking minutes Preparing budgets and perform follow-up on realisation of costs on VP level Providing the VP with oversight of resources and other relevant information Supporting the leadership team on tasks related to organisational development Calendar management and travel coordination for the VP, booking and coordinating events and seminars as well as ad hoc tasks In addition, you will work together with a dedicated team of three administrative assistant colleagues who support the team of directors and provide guidance to the employees across Safety Surveillance in Søborg. You will also work frequently with other assistants across Global Patient Safety. The job is based in Søborg and offers opportunities for personal and professional development. Qualifications We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites: Possess 4+ years of experience from a similar position Have a proven track record in working with budgets and personal assistant support Have an extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 and interest in IT systems Have a full working proficiency in written and spoken English Have ideally worked with budgets in SAP As a person you work proactively and independently and handle confidential information discreetly and loyally and have excellent coordination skills. You have a quality mindset and a structured approach to your work and pay attention to details. You take ownership of tasks and prioritise effectively. You adapt easily to changing environments and collaborate well with other assistants as a team player. About the department Safety Surveillance is a global department within Global Patient Safety which guard patient safety. We have global responsibility for the surveillance of all safety information for Novo Nordisk’s products that are currently marketed or under clinical development. Safety Surveillance is based in Søborg with hubs in Bangalore and the US East Coast. Safety Surveillance consists of five director departments with four departments based in Søborg, and one department based in Bangalore.
