As our new Senior EMEA HR Operations Specialist you will especially focus on the payroll for EMEA insuring aligned global processes which are efficient and effective. We have a complex setup, and you will continuously have to investigate if we are compliant to local legislation.
Furthermore, you will have a wide range of operational tasks focusing of the full employment cycle and insuring compliance in HR administrative processes.
Your primary responsibilities are:

  • Oversee payroll processes across selected EMEA countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
  • Handle benefits administration on a monthly basis
  • Maintain HR employee records in both soft and hard copies, ensuring internal HR systems are up to date.
  • Oversee all new hire and termination paperwork, including coordination with the payroll provider for contract registration and collection of necessary documents.
  • Manage all components of onboarding, including data collection, benefits administration, and orientation. Collect feedback to improve the onboarding process.
  • Manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Partner with HRBP to resolve people issues and deliver pragmatic outcomes to complex employment cases. Navigate managers and employees on internal policies and procedures.
  • Provide recommendations for company policy and procedures, internal practices, and implement improvements/updates in accordance with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Act as Health and Safety instructor for new hires and current employees and be a point of contact with the Health and Safety provider for coordination of any necessary changes.
  • Participate in or lead local and global projects when necessary.
