As our new company administration coordinator, you will join our team which is responsible for contract management as well as ensuring first-class document controlling and solid company administration processes.
Your main responsibility will be to ensure that company administration processes are performed promptly and delivered with consistent quality, and you will work closely with our project, legal, asset management and finance departments regarding this.
You will be working with many different colleagues with various backgrounds, and you must be good at communicating and building relations. You have an eye for details, are passionate about administrative tasks, and are good at keeping an overview, while juggling between various tasks. It is also essential that you have good structural skills, as you will be working in a high-paced and dynamic environment.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure that company administration processes are performed promptly and delivered with consistent quality, and you will work closely with our project, legal, asset management and finance departments regarding this.
Areas of responsibilities
- Foundation processes of our Danish companies
- Prepare documents for corporate changes for our Danish companies
- Communication with other departments and external parties regarding corporate changes in Danish and foreign companies
- Update company lists and overviews
- KYC (know-your-customer) processes with banks
- Requests regarding bank accounts, VAT, the authority to sign documents, archive corporate documents
Professional skills we expect from you
- You have a bachelor´s degree within administration, law (e.g. legal secretary), or similar
- Preferably 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience
- Have a solid understanding of corporate legal processes and documents
- You are an expert user in MS Office, especially in Outlook, Excel, and Word
- You master Danish and English at a professional level
- German, Italian, French, Polish, and/or Greek language skills are an advantage
- Experience with Visual Studio is an advantage
- SharePoint skills is an advantage
