David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Danish speaking Technical Support Advisor for their Benalmádena office.

Position: Technical Support Advisor

Location: Benalmádena, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

Duties and responsabilities:

• Handle customer technical support queries through various channels in a timely manner
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns in order to understand customer requirements and identify technical issues
• Gather and document all relevant information into the system to insure a high level of service is delivered
• Provide good customer service with the aid of high-quality technical knowledge gained from the internal training and support systems
• Keep up to date with all new developments in the technical area, networks and consumer electronics relating to the position.

Requirements:

• Very good level of Danish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (B2 level)
• Comfortable communicating with clients over the phone
• Completed ICT training is preferred
• Strong technical knowledge, experience in the technical field will be considered as an advantage
• Excellent communications skills (both oral and written)
• Knowledge of network architecture and Consumer Electronics products (wireless audio, smart displays, etc.)
• Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in Business-to-Consumer (B2C) or Business-to-Business (B2B) environment is beneficial
• Ability to multi-task with an analytical mind-set.
