The position
You will become part of a dynamic team where you will be responsible for planning, preparing, optimizing, and following up on a wide range of administrative tasks and processes. This role consists routine tasks like using half of your time on archiving tasks.
Your tasks will among other include:

You are self-motivated and work independently. Furthermore, you have the ability and willingness to adjust quickly to new situations in a continuously developing environment.
About the department
At BRD Finished Products GEVA in Kirke Værløse we are approx. 110 dedicated employees. Operators, technicians, technical supporters, and process supporters. We collect and pack medical equipment in the form of pens on various assembly and packaging lines. The department is on a very exciting journey, as we are in the process of increasing our production output due to increasing demand for our products. In addition, we will introduce "intelligent manufacturing projects", new products, upgrade our existing packaging line and implement new production lines. We also need to upgrade our MES PAS-X system so that we generate electronic batch records. We bring value to patients by delivering high-quality Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) compliant products in a timely and cost-efficient manner. We drive change by working actively with LEAN and always looking for improvements within our processes but also in the way we work together to make our products reach as many patients as possible.

The position

- Onboarding of new employees
- Convening quarterly meetings
- Ensuring department binder is up to date
- Convening and taking minutes of works council meetings
- Coordinating extra cleaning and reporting on missing cleaning
- Maintain email groups
- Archiving tasks
You must be able to prioritise own tasks and work independently.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
- A positive attitude to thrive with routine tasks
- A positive approach and see challenges as opportunities
- Great coordination skills with the ability to move things forward while not forgetting important detail
- Great IT skills and you are an experienced MS Office365 user
- Experience from a similar position
- Excellent communication skills in Danish and English
