We are looking for a technical assistant whose main task will be to maintain and structure the technical documentation in the department. The position is with accession as soon as possible.
You will become part of our maintenance department, which consists of mechanical and electrical engineering professionals. The department is responsible for all service and maintenance of the factory's facilities. In addition, the department plays a major role in investment projects. The department is also responsible for the maintenance of all technical documentation.
Your primary tasks will consist of:
Your working hours are Monday to Thursday 07.00 – 15.30 and Friday 07.00 – 12.00.

It is an advantage if you have experience with administrative tasks and/or know several languages. But the most important thing is that you want to be the driving force in maintaining and building the structure around our technical documentation.
About AKV Langholt
AKV Langholt dates from 1933 and is the northernmost of Denmark's four potato starch factories. We produce potato starch based on deliveries of potatoes in the period September to December, the so-called campaign period, where processing takes place on a year-round basis and around the clock at a separate factory at AKV's factory site in Langholt.
We have undergone major changes in recent years and this process is still ongoing. At AKV you will become part of a solid foundation with deep roots in the Jutland soil, but we still dare to think big and create the changes needed.
