Group Staff Functions (CEO) People & Culture HR Business Partnering CTO
You will be member of a small and efficient team of HR business partners supporting the Power Solution Business Unit (CTO function) on all people matters across Vestas. You will report directly to the Executive Business Partner heading the area and collaborate closely with your business partner peers in the regions as well as our HR corporate and operational experts.
Working in a matrix organisation with a direct line to the HR organisation (People & Culture) and a dotted line to the business, your focus area will be selected business leaders and their management teams located at our office in Aarhus.
Partnering with line managers to support them reach their goals involve crafting and implementing strategies, and together determine how capabilities may be aligned to business demands. You bring business understanding, change management, consulting and learning know-how to this partnership, so that you together create value. In addition, you will focus on execution and fulfillment of business strategy by aligning and deploying HR processes and initiatives to contribute to accomplish the organisation’s vision and mission.
Responsibilities
You will drive the overall HR agenda within your areas and contribute to shape the future business directions with your great business understanding. More specifically, your responsibilities will cover to:

A proven professional record within HR or consultancy experience from global organisations having their core business within product development/engineering or similar.

Responsibilities
You will drive the overall HR agenda within your areas and contribute to shape the future business directions with your great business understanding. More specifically, your responsibilities will cover to:
- Contribute to formulating winning strategies by having an informed opinion about what the business needs to do, and at the same time being attuned to the human dimensions of our company
- Ensure the availability and development of people resources and talents to meet the needs of the business (e.g. strategic workforce planning, team- and talent development)
- Coach executives on their people and business leadership in order to empower them to develop their leadership capabilities and act as a role model; in doing so offer them feedback on progress
- Direct performance management and contribute to develop high performing teams (on organisational as well as individual level)
- Lead organisational development efforts by mastering theory, research and best practice (e.g. structural, transformation, culture/values, employee engagement)
- Drive the execution of Vestas HR processes and implementation of people related strategic initiatives
- Be a respected and credible partner, capable of providing expert advice as well as improving the business
Qualifications
A proven professional record within HR or consultancy experience from global organisations having their core business within product development/engineering or similar.
- A relevant Master's degree
- At least 5-10 years of experience from a similar position as HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a global organisation
- Broad experience within several of the areas: workforce and talent management, leadership and team development, recruitment, compensation & benefits, HR legislation/labor law
- Ability to operate on both strategic and tactical/operational level
