People & Culture Global Talent Management L&D Curriculum

In Global Learning & Development we aim at providing navigation and tools enabling our colleagues to own their career journey. We design the learning & development processes and tools to ensure democratised development opportunities for everyone in Vestas. We strive to increase career visibility and enable focused development through a learning curriculum. Our Learning Portal support employees to navigate in learning activities from induction through the core curriculum and learning within our job families.
You will collaborate with inspiring colleagues in a dedicated team supporting the Global Learning & Development area in projects related with the business transformation of the functions and processes, including as diverse business areas as: commercial, engineering, finance, HR, IT, legal, marketing & communications, production, project portfolio management, QSE, supply and logistics, administration and facilities.
You will report to the Head of Learning & Development Curriculum.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be to orchestrate the core curriculum and contribute to growing a learning culture by promoting self-development via a learning curriculum. You will build and lead the deployment of several elements within the learning curriculum. In addition, your responsibilities will cover to:

• Proficient comprehension, facilitation and workshop planning skills
• Self-starter, high resilience, capacity of dealing with ambiguity and handling fast chance

• Has energy, perseverance, and judgment, particularly when working with senior stakeholders under tight deadlines.
• Customer centric mindset - focus on opportunity and customer needs

Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be to orchestrate the core curriculum and contribute to growing a learning culture by promoting self-development via a learning curriculum. You will build and lead the deployment of several elements within the learning curriculum. In addition, your responsibilities will cover to:
- Define the L&D core curriculum and source vendors for it
- Deploy the governance model for the learning administration in cooperation with the learning administration team and your colleagues in L&D
- Create new and improve existing materials related with Learning & Development, such as presentations, processes, and toolkits
- Continuous improvement of the engagement strategy in multiple internal channels
- Manage and deploy the existing Commercial Development Programme
- Participate in collecting new content and best practices for the learning offerings, to create toolkits around the core curriculum on our learning portal
- Respond to ad-hoc queries from other colleagues of the Global Talent Management, People & Culture and Vestas
Qualifications
- Professional learning and development experience in global companies such as complex or energy related industries (e.g. OEMs, Utilities, Infrastructure, and Development etc.)
- Master level educational background as a minimum
- Solid business and commercial understanding
- Significant quantitative, and qualitative analytical skills
- Great communication skills and fluent in written and verbal English
- Prolific user of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Teams and other MS tools
