Sales SBU NCE Construction Construction Offshore
The objective of Construction Offshore is to complete the offshore construction projects safely, within budget, on time and to the required quality. Construction Offshore has the overall responsibility of completing the construction projects within the respective region from the delivery to the Pre-Assembly Site up to Handover to Service and has the responsibility for the Construction Projects towards the Customers from Handover from Sales up to Take Over by the Customer. They will ensure that Construction related products and activities are aligned between sub-regions while securing alignment with Global Construction, Quality, HSE and Finance. The department ensures that projects are planned and executed in line with general governance and in alignment with Portfolio Planning and Resource Management. Also holding responsibility for providing resources to the project team in the areas of Project Management, Project Quality Management, Project Coordination, Document Control, Project Planning, Technical Project Management and Purchasing. In addition, this area will be responsible for ensuring the construction readiness of new turbines types being introduced by the company offshore.
The objective of the Head of Project Planning and Coordination is to support the execution of the offshore construction projects safely, within budget, on time and to the required quality. Project Planning and Coordination supports the execution in the areas of Project Planning, Project Coordination, Document Controlling and Project Purchasing. They will be responsible for providing competent resources in these areas.

Responsibilities
- Functional and disciplinary leadership of the team to leaders and non-leading employees
- Continuous development of the team through contemporary leadership, Performance measurement and management of team with defined KPIs, targets, regular reviews and definition of strategies/counter-measures
- Defining and improving set up of Project Planning & Coordination organization directing improvement projects and process improvements within the Construction.
- Budgeting, short and mid-term target setting and continuous forecasting of team results (in line with NCE Construction targets)
- Adapt to and prepare the team for changing market conditions and market requirements
- Ensure world class Safety culture within the team and secure customer satisfaction with word class customer relationship.
- Maintain close collaboration and alignment with other members of Offshore Construction management team
Qualifications
- Should have at least 4 years of experience in a leadership position, such as team lead Project Support
- Should have experience in a large industrial or construction company
- Should be knowledgeable of MS Office Products with a good understanding of AX and SAP its modules and functionalities.
- Should have wind turbine site construction knowledge
- Should have an understanding of reporting tools

- Should have professional fluent English skills
- Cross cultural insight and understanding
- Ability to align goals of the function with business strategy
- Ability to select/retain and build a strong Project Team, Coach and develop
- Ability to drive and lead change
