We Offer
Are you a dedicated health, safety and environment enthusiast with a hands-on spirit, ready for an exciting challenge in a dynamic, international environment? Does a role where you can shape quality standards and work closely with business sound right to you? We are looking for a HSE Business Partner to join our team in APM Terminals in Aarhus. This is an exciting career opportunity in an international, challenging business setting known for diversity and high paced environment. Your key responsibility will be to implement and enable continuous strengthening of our HSE strategy, policies, learning capabilities and culture.
Health, Safety & Environment sits at the heart of everything we do.
Your tasks will include – but are not limited to:
- Deliver on HSE strategy and ensure HSE policies are continuously updated
- Assist and support the Head of HSSE
- Using lean methodology and tools to drive improvements within HSE area, to support terminal business
- Create and implement compliance framework
- Create, develop and continuously update HSE processes
- Provide technical expertise, coach, and support managers in HSE deliveries
- Identify and analyse gap, plan and execute Set-up and perform on HSE training for managers ad leaders
- Make Risk Assessments in collaboration with managers and Safety representatives
- Prepare and update contingency plans
- Prepare, follow-up and ensure reports, statistics and administration around HSE
- Support implementation and development of APMT Operation System
- Support on drug and alcohol testing
We are looking for:
You have a relevant academic degree and solid experience of working with HSE(Q) and business partnering within a large organization. You are detailed-orientated and likes to ensure that the work is done in the best way and in accordance with laws and regulations. Knowledge of, or Lean certification is an advantage but not a must. You thrive on being visible within the organization, and you share information and conduct trainings on how we can work with safety in a preventive as well as reactive manner. You speak and write fluent English and Danish.
