Are you ready to take the next step in your career and lead a dynamic team in a growing international business?

We’re looking for a Team Leader to join our new Customs Department in Aarhus, where you’ll play a key role in managing both our team members and customer relationships.

In this position, your main goal is to get the team to dynamically work in the same direction, while supporting, encouraging and motivating the team. In your role, you are the leader of the team, but work as part of the team and largely perform the same tasks as the rest of the team. You focus more on developing and finding ways to perform better and reach the set targets, as well as disseminating important information to the group.

You will support the Department Manager by taking on extra responsibility and ensuring regular follow-up with both employees and customers.

What You Bring:

  • Solid knowledge of Customs processes and procedures
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in Danish and English
  • Proven time management and organizational skills
  • Leadership experience or a strong desire to grow into a leadership role
  • Supply chain knowledge and familiarity with customs and tax issues
  • A structured approach to problem-solving and the ability to set and prioritize customer procedures
