The Project Management department, a part of the Global PMO, comprises Project Managers who manage a diverse range of projects across the organization.
As a part of our project management team, you will work with colleagues from various geographical locations and cultural backgrounds. We are expanding our team with highly qualified professionals to meet the demands of our growing business.

Responsibilities
As a Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project initiatives from startup to completion, ensuring they meet business requirements and deliver great value. Your role will involve:
- Be a Project or Program manager for transformational initiatives in Service
- Defining and Managing Business Requirements: Ensuring alignment with business goals through thorough requirement gathering, documentation, and validation
- Change Management: Implementing a structured approach to manage change impacts, approvals, and communications
- Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking project progress using KPIs, preparing status reports, and updating stakeholders
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs, expectations, and concerns, and incorporating their feedback
- Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, developing risk management plans, and implementing mitigation strategies
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will possess a combination of educational background and practical experience that shows their ability to manage complex projects effectively. Key qualifications include:
- Holding a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications
- Have certifications and knowledge in different project management methodologies
- Experience in managing complex transformational initiatives and projects
- Proficiency in strategic communication and presentation skills
Competencies
- Leadership skills and the ability to make timely decisions
- Have great team collaboration skills and able to ensure a collaborative environment
- Ability to oversee, facilitate, and engage effectively, while ensuring all project documentation is accurately maintained and in place
- Practical approach with a focus on results and structured processes
- Capacity to respond positively to evolving circumstances
- Cultural awareness and appreciation for diverse perspectives
- Effective stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with a Capacity for strategic thinking and problem-solving
