About the role
As our new manager in the Project Quality Management department you will play a key role in ensuring that our people deliver the highest standards of quality across our projects. You will collaborate with another manager to lead a team of over 30 dedicated and skilled Project Quality Managers, ensuring their well-being, development, and engagement. In this role, you will help set the strategic direction by translating company goals into clear objectives and initiatives.
You will be part of a leadership team for Project Planning, Engineering Management, and Project Quality Management. Together, we foster a positive and mutually supportive atmosphere, focusing on enhancing each other's strengths.

As a Manager for Project Quality Management, you’ll be:
- Leading and supporting employees in diverse and complex project execution tasks.
- Fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Conducting touchpoints with your employees ensuring they are supported in performance and well-being.
- Planning and executing the development of the department to ensure continuous growth and training of team members, fostering their skills and competencies.
- Overseeing the activities of the Project Quality Management team and ensuring resource allocation across projects.
- Supporting the development and implementation of Project Quality Management best practices.
- Engaging with senior management to communicate achievements, address challenges, and share lessons learned across the organization.

- Experience in coaching and leading team members.

- Experience with project quality activities within the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
