Responsibilities
The role reports directly to the Head of Commercial Operations. As Senior Project Manager Pricing & Costing, you will bring skills and experience in managing larger cross-company projects while having a keen interest in understanding the business and content of the project.
This role is instrumental for ensuring stakeholder support and cross-functional alignment to deliver an end-to-end solution. As senior project manager, you should ensure the project gets promoted and gets daily attention across 5 EVP areas. Thus, understanding the operational challenges, while connecting the dots on the strategic level is the core of this role. Scope spans data-, system- and process challenges and the daily operations of securing handover from function to function; thus, process, task, and role descriptions are equally important.

This position focuses on program & project management, including but not limited to:

  • Map out the transfer pricing & costing process end-to-end with process gaps and pain points, design the new process
  • Support and supervise individual sub streams within 5 EVP functions (Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital Solution and Service)
  • Manage and maintain the progressions through management reporting
  • Align solution, prioritization, PPI and metrics among stakeholders
  • Develop and implement best-in-class processes and solutions enabled by data in close collaboration with our Digital Solution teams
  • Quality assure that solutions fit the global process, while enabling each function to operate efficiently through the sub-sequential steps
  • Connect the dots from and provide factual perspectives to the business

Qualifications
For this role, we expect you to bring:

  • 10 years of highly relevant product-, project- or process management experience
  • A master’s degree in engineering or business
  • Finance or Process management experience, and experience in working with various stakeholders across different functions and cultures
  • Experience in working with IT applications; SAP ERP, SAP BI, PowerBI, Salesforce
  • Highly analytical skills and a sense for numbers are needed as it is necessary for extracting conclusions from large datasets
  • Solid communication skills, and the ability to bring people together and work in the same direction
  • Wind industry experience is a benefit but not a prerequisite

Competencies

  • Ability to familiarize with various systems and processes across business functions
  • Ability to translate and convey business and technical requirements back and forth for bridging and building one solution
  • Solid skills in gaining buy-in from stakeholders and building team spirit
  • Being comfortable personally and professionally in a commercial environment where deadlines can be short
  • Highly persistent, willing to go the extra mile to deliver a winning solution with high quality
