Are you a proactive coordinating assistant looking to work in a successful, international company? And are you eager to improve efficiency in administrative processes?
Then you might be the colleague we are looking for to join R&D in GN Hearing. Here, you will provide essential administrative support to the managers and teams in charge of developing our award-winning hearing aids.

Join Global R&D at the GN Hearing HQ in Ballerup, Denmark. Here, you will support 4 R&D departments committed to developing innovative hearing solutions that allow you to hear more, do more and be more than you ever thought possible.
Coordinate meetings and plan team events
You will assist the 4 functions with administrative and coordinating responsibilities. Doing so, you will collaborate closely with one other assistant, who will help you get started and be your go-to teammate.
Some of your recurring tasks will be to plan and call in various meetings and keep track of our many projects. Moreover, as a company who is a developer of medical aids, we are subjected to strict regulation regarding documentation. Ensuring we meet these requirements will also be included in your task portfolio.
Among other tasks, you will:
Contribute to the development and improvement of administrative processes
Are you an efficient and active organizer?
You are known as an excellent networker, eager to interact with many different colleagues. You take pride in being one step ahead, anticipating the needs of the managers and teams and making things happen. To do this, you proactively seek out the information you need across the departments.

- Plan, call for and ready steering/project status meetings
- Plan, call for and ready monthly introduction meetings for new R&D employees
- Coordinate Design Control training for new R&D employees
- Plan team events for R&D teams
- Upload contracts in legal databases and training records in Training Management
Contribute to the development and improvement of administrative processes
Are you an efficient and active organizer?
You are known as an excellent networker, eager to interact with many different colleagues. You take pride in being one step ahead, anticipating the needs of the managers and teams and making things happen. To do this, you proactively seek out the information you need across the departments.
Moreover, you:
- Bring experience with organizational tasks and workflows in a large company
- Are proficient in MS Office
- Speak and write English fluently
