As an IT Contract Manager, you will be based at either our Copenhagen, Maidenhead or Mumbai offices and responsible for a wide-ranging portfolio of contracts, from high value, complex, strategic outsourcing agreements to infrastructure support agreements across a global estate.

As an IT Contract Manager, you will gain broad business knowledge of the company’s activities globally, as well as understand how the complexity of IT supports the transport and logistics business. •Manage contracts through the IT contract lifecycle
•Manage the renewal/re-negotiation of all contracts
•Conduct supplier negotiations individually or in cooperation with the IT sourcing team and IT stakeholders
•Provide contract subject matter expertise to drive optimal contractual arrangements
•Develop and execute commercial strategies, including the consolidation and right-sizing of the contract landscape
•Manage integration and separation of contracts as a result of mergers, acquisitions and divestments
•Support the implementation of Vendor governance, utilising the governance model, ensuring contract compliance and benefit realisation
•Drive cost management, continuous improvement and innovation
You will have significant responsibility from the start and be expected to execute and deliver on time and in line with business needs.
You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with a strong commercial IT background, have widespread experience working with IT software and services vendors in an international company and have, or be working towards, a procurement qualification, such as MCIPS or CCM.
You are passionate about procurement, driven and have a demonstrable track record of successfully driving contract value, through technical excellence, skilled negotiation and effective management.
You are a team player, able to successfully prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Are open-minded, a good communicator and able to establish relationships across geographical boundaries and cultures. Can work independently having a personal drive and a strategic mind-set. Naturally engages stakeholders and actively manages expectations and you dare to challenge previous beliefs and traditions, persistently driving the business optimisation agenda.
