Can you handle and optimise administration of external consultants?


If you excel within administrative tasks, and you are looking for a job where you can influence the way things are done and make a major positive difference for multiple colleagues, this is just the job for you. You will join LEO Pharma in a very exciting period of time. To fulfil our ambition of becoming the world’s preferred dermatology care partner we have a large number of IT projects in motion, and we use an equally large number of external consultants to help us. And that is where you enter the scene as the administrative focal point that handles onboarding and offboarding of these temporary colleagues.

Management of onboarding and offboarding administration and activities


Your focus is to ensure a smooth process every time an external consultant starts at or leaves LEO Pharma Global IT – with full control of the additional paper work. When a new consultant arrives, the relevant equipment must be ready. ID cards and passwords must be in place. Introduction must be booked etc. When leaving all equipment must be returned the right way, passwords, subscriptions and the like must be terminated etc. Your primary tasks will be to:

  • Ensure external consultants are registered the right way in the right systems
  • Plan and arrange first day for external consultants – service minded helper and problem solver
  • Book and administrate computers, ID cards, licenses, passwords, approvals etc.
  • Plan and arrange training activities for external consultants
  • Handle all administration in the interface between Team Managers, support functions and external partners
  • Proactively keep Managers and teams up to date – e.g. in due time before a contract expires
  • Suggest and implement new ways of working/ optimisation of processes

In this position you can make a huge and very tangible difference for the people you are helping. Additionally, you can save the company for major expenses to e.g. consultants that cannot get to work because the necessary administration is behind schedule/not in place.

Structured administrator that loves to help other people


We are looking for a person that loves to help other people and at the same time have the administrative acumen to make multiple details and tasks come together. As such, you have the structured work approach and sense of detail to ensure that information always is correct. Related to this, you will need IT skills to learn and switch between a handful of different systems and programmes. As you will join a rapidly evolving organisation you must also be able to handle changes with a positive attitude, e.g. introduction of new systems and processes. Additionally, your CV comprises:

  • An education with some emphasis on administration
  • Several years’ experience within administration or related, e.g. as Controller
  • IT flair and the ability to learn and master several systems and programmes
  • Experience from optimising processes – and a proactive attitude towards making things smarter

You will join approx. 10 good colleagues in the Project Management Office at LEO Pharma’s headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen. We are still in a construction phase meaning that you will have ample opportunities for influencing the way we do things.
