Develop, optimize and implement our commercial excellence approach
Reporting to the Head of Digital and Commercial Excellence, you will lead a remote team consisting of a senior pricing analyst, a channels programs manager, and a channels operations manager based in Denmark, the UK, and the US.
It will be your mission to drive and set the direction for the team and support business growth through ensuring best-in-class commercial management, channel management and channel operations. You will work closely with regional and functional sales teams to analyze markets, develop and implement new policies and processes, and optimize the commercial conditions for growth.

It will be your mission to drive and set the direction for the team and support business growth through ensuring best-in-class commercial management, channel management and channel operations. More specifically, you will:
- Identify and enable business opportunities by implementing commercial policies and processes to support revenue growth and profitability and to continuously improve operational efficiency
- Ensure a globally consistent margin-optimized price waterfall
- Maintain and enforce a profitable channel ecosystem through a legal framework of authorization, selective distribution, and brand protection strategies
- Secure effective partner networks and relevant and robust enforcement methodologies
- Build a segmentation model over our direct and indirect partners in order to enable commercial insights and optimize our routes to market
- Continue to build the function and ensure high performance, development, and engagement in the team

Your strong analytical and business-oriented mindset enables you to identify and unlock unseen potential, and your strong drive ensures that you pursue and follow through on improvement opportunities.
Moreover, we imagine that you:
- Have 7+ years of relevant commercial experience, preferably within sales management or commercial excellence, paired with experience of developing best-in-class processes
- Have experience with a multi-tier distribution model (B2B or B2C) and have worked with channel and pricing strategies and policies
- Have leadership experience and are able to engage your team, accelerating their performance and inspiring them to innovate and drive meaningful change
- Are experienced in utilizing cross-organizational competencies to achieve commercial development
- Possess strong project and change management skills
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience in owning strategic programs/projects
- Experience working within technology-focused industries
- A track record of creating commercial results
