We offer an exciting position where you will be part of the Nordic Sales team responsible for developing the sales in the Nordic region within the GI product portfolio.
Your Responsibilities include:
• Developing sales in your region accoording to budget
• Identifying and following-up on new sales opportunities
• Providing product training and support to customers
• Developing relationships with key clinical and non-clinical decision-makers
• Participating in relevant national exhibitions
• Using CRM tools and processes, ensuring improved reporting and accountability
• Ensuring effective communication of agreed value propositions through proposals and presentations
• Ensuring seamless collaboration with key internal stakeholders - hereunder product marketing, market access, customer service, etc.
• As territory manager you ensure a professional tender management process for the GI business including market intelligence and post-tender follow-up.
A part of the job is to give presentations in front of large groups in connection with product training.
You will be working from your home office, but you should expect to be out with customers 4 out of 5 days a week.
Your Background
• Prior sales management and/or key account management experience
• 5+ years of sales experience from a Medical Device/IVD company in the Nordic region
• Experienced with regional tender processes
• Experience with relation-driven sales
• Documented experience with sales planning, sales optimization, pipeline management and performance analytics
• Preferably clinical experience within GI
• Strong understanding of the healthcare sector
To be successful in the job, it is important that you like to work independently and have a great drive. You must have good social skills and be good at creating and maintaining relationships. In addition, you are outgoing and curious by nature but at the same time can prioritize which customers and tasks are the most important.
It is a requirement that you have sales experience with medical devices or pharmaceuticals. You are able to communicate fluently in written and spoken English and and Norwegian. Ambus' corporate language is English, as we are a growing, global company. You must have knowledge of standard IT tools at the user level.
