In this role, you will become part of the Enterprise Channel Program and Alliances Marketing team. We are 5 globally dispersed colleagues responsible for the global program of engagement with the ecosystem of channel partners and the global alliances messaging strategy.

Roll out our partner engagement program
At Jabra, we reach enterprise end customers through a global network of partners, from IT resellers to GSI’s. We have spent this year laying the foundation for a global partner framework and program to standardize the way we engage with our channel partners – and to continue innovation on different engagement programs with the channel.
This is where you enter the picture. We need you to deploy and roll out our program, ensuring local representation and global execution. To do so, you will need to work closely with our Enterprise Channel Marketing & Sales and their leadership. Your aim is to ensure all strategies, tools and programs created are fit for purpose to be deployed in the field. Specifically, you will:
Channel sales and stakeholder management experience
In this job, your challenge will be to manage multiple stakeholders across the company, bringing them along on your roll-out journey. Thus, using your change management and organizational skills, you will be able to gain consensus across regional views into a global view. This also requires great communication skills in English to manoeuvre in a multi-cultural matrix environment and at all levels from CMO to country sales managers. Moreover, you have:

Your aim is to ensure all strategies, tools and programs created are fit for purpose to be deployed in the field. Specifically, you will:
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing and tech teams internally at every level to gain regional and global agreement, value and buy in
- Drive innovation from the field in marketing and commercial channel programs, including the wider influencer community
- Gain standardization and consensus around the specifics of incentives and benefits whilst building out programmatic areas allowing for regional knowledge to shine through in deployment
- Enhance programmatic engagement with Channel and Alliances Influencers (Technology Partnerships)
- Develop additional programmatic elements needed for growing the company as enhancements arise to our strategy in channel engagement
Channel sales and stakeholder management experience

- At least 15 years of channel sales and/or marketing experience preferably in a software, devices or telecoms environment
- A deep understanding of unified collaboration & communications landscape (Microsoft, Zoom, Google, etc.) as well as of the global channel landscape, from resellers to GSI’s
- A track record of successfully developing and deploying programmatic commercial and marketing activities and programs within a B2B channel landscape
- A familiarity with the culture and dynamics of the different global markets and a proven ability to apply knowledge to the strategic planning of channel marketing and partner programs
- The ability to travel about 25% of the time to meet with colleagues
