Develop, optimize, and implement our sales excellence approach
At our HQ in Ballerup, Copenhagen, you will report to our Vice President of Digital and Commercial Excellence and become part of global team physically located in Denmark, UK, Singapore, Germany and in the US.
As our new Head of Global Sales Excellence, you will be responsible for developing and leading the charge on our sales excellence journey across business segments and regions in close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization. You will be challenged to both outline direction and be hands on driving execution with the respective markets.
It will be your mission to help secure a world-class environment for our sales organization contributing to the growth of GN Audio by driving improved ways of working and implementing best practice. At the same time, through our Sales Excellence initiatives we continuously seek to gain competitive advantage by proactively challenging and supporting the organization to do better.
You will work with colleagues across regions and functions to develop and lead the global Sales Excellence program. Thus, success in this position will require strong program leadership skills and ability to engage, influence and drive impact through well-developed interpersonal-, and stakeholder management skills.

You will work with colleagues across regions and functions to develop and lead the global Sales Excellence program. Your primary responsibilities will cover:
- Regional Sales Enablement: Oversee all aspects of the definition, development, roll-out, and delivery of global/regional sales enablement programs, including coaching and facilitation
- Lead all activities related to regional development and adoption of GN Audio Sales Process, Sales Tools and Solution Selling methodology
- Design and implement industry best practices into our Sales Enablement program (global or for specific regions) including managing sales training, workshops, establishing tools, processes, metrics/KPIs to increase velocity and conversion rates, working close in close partnership with regional sales leadership, sales reps, and sales operation subject matter experts

Moreover, we imagine that you have:
- MBA or Master degree within business, economics or financ
- Minimum 4-8 years’ experience within sales management, sales enablement, or management consulting with demonstrated ability to drive change and impact in a global setting.
- Operational field sales experience is an advantage – ideally within telecommunications or other related technology products
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Personal drive, determination to succeed and willingness to learn
- Well-developed interpersonal-, and stakeholder management skills being able considered a “Hands on leader” capable in action to engage people, set direction and get stuff done
- Strong project-, communication-, and change management skills
- A solid track record of a) creating commercial results and b) successfully designing and implementing business strategies and initiatives
- Fluency in English, Excel and PowerPoint
