We Offer

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute high-impact initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and manage the project plan, ensuring alignment with business needs and problem statements.

  • Obtain sponsor and SteerCo sign-off on the final Project Charter, narrative, and outcomes.


Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the initiative.

  • Prepare and submit SteerCo decks and lead SteerCo meetings when relevant.


Scope and Deliverables:

  • Define and manage the project scope, deliverables, and organizational design blueprint.

  • Obtain sign-off on baseline and impacted FTE numbers.


Timeline Management:

  • Establish and maintain the project timeline, ensuring all milestones are met.


Risk Management:

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.


Resource Management:

  • Ensure the project is resourced with the relevant functional leads.

  • Be accountable for the successful delivery of the project within the agreed scope and timeline.


Alignment with Initiative Goals:

  • Maintain high standards of quality in all project deliverables.

  • Provide regular updates to the Project Sponsor and SteerCo, ensuring transparency and alignment.

  • Address interdependencies between projects in coordination with other project leads.

  • Keep the team updated on project progress.


What are we looking for

  • Project Management Skills: Strong expertise in planning, execution, and risk management.

  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align project objectives with organizational goals.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

  • Adaptability: Ability to adjust to evolving project requirements and environments.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.

  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
