Jabra – making life sound better
Through its Jabra brand, GN Audio develops world-leading audio/video solutions. As part of Global Program Management in Global R&D, your role is to run projects of strategic importance to GN Audio in the borderline between exploration and development. You will manage Projects with a dedicated team of senior specialists within audio, video, hardware, software and external partners when needed. You and your team exploration will drive technological borderline forward for the purpose to enable advanced communication solutions based on your team exploration to be productized.
Lead all technical aspects of new explorations
As the Senior Technical Project Manager, your role is together with the team to drive exploration forward to support the strategic objectives.
Being responsible for all project deliveries, you will among others:
A global multicultural environment
Stepping into Global Program Management, you will join a team of highly experienced program managers and technical project managers. Working at our HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, you will work close with specialists across the company and across different time zones, while sharing knowledge and practices within the Program Management team.
Strong technical project manager with international communication abilities

- Drive and document evaluation and exploration of technical solutions

- Contribute to process improvements and make sure we drive technical project management in the most efficient way

For this role, you need your combined toolbox of technical leadership and communication skills. You possess a strong drive and an eye for opportunities on the technological edge. Moreover, you have:
- Have a master’s or bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering or similar
- +5 years of experience within program / project management driving a team of senior specialists with different cultural background
- +5 Years of experience within exploration / research – within advanced communication solutions and standards
- Market insight within communication solutions
- Strong stakeholder management
- Strong communications skills – verbally as well in writing English
- Able to act and operate in an international environment with many stakeholders and positions
- As a person you have drive, stamina, and practice situational leadership flawlessly
