At our headquarters in Ballerup, you will join colleagues in our Global Supply Chain function, who are part of a larger global team. We are looking for a Specialist to drive strategic projects and improve planning processes globally. You will take a leading role in the transformation and digitalization of our supply chain, from production scheduling, inventory strategy to implementation of new advanced planning tools. You will also take ownership of our Business Continuity Planning and strategic Supply Chain Readiness processes.
More specifically, you will:

- Take a leading role in the Supply Chain transformation project
- Implementing product segmentation with variable inventory models
- Implementing takt-based production scheduling (production wheel planning)
- Ensuring stable and predictable supply, to deliver increased service level and lower inventory
- Implementing product segmentation with variable inventory models
- Drive yearly strategic planning processes such as Business Continuity Planning and Supply Chain Readiness
- Take part in the digitalization of our planning processes, using your experience in advanced planning tools
- Drive process excellence across the Global Planning community and Operation sites, including acting as project manager for optimization projects

Experienced Supply chain professional with flair for process optimization and digitalization
Your strong interpersonal skills are of great importance as you create the dialogue needed to transcend cultural differences, align processes across sites and explore new ways of working to maximize efficiency. Moreover, we expect you to have:
- A master’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, economics or similar
- 5+ years of business experience within supply chain projects or management, process improvement, consultancy or similar
- Experience with identifying, developing and implementing cross-functional process improvements
- Experience with advanced planning tool implementation (Kinaxis, SC Guru, E2Open, Anaplan etc.) is an advantage
- Experience with supply chain flow optimization, LEAN, Production wheel planning is an advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, enabling you to eliminate issues, create solid processes and make structured improvement plans
