Based out of Ballerup, you will be joining the Global Training and Education team consisting of 4 audiologists, responsible for global product training for GN colleagues and hearing care professionals. While your team is located across the globe in Germany, Australia, the US and Denmark (you), you will gain a wide network in Ballerup, collaborating with various departments to deliver best-in-class training.
Understand new products and plan and conduct trainings
As our new audiologist for training and education, you will be conducting a wide range of trainings, both online and in person. You will also dedicate a big part of your time to collaborating with various departments to gain a full understanding of new products and put together plans for how to best train your colleagues in these new products.
Specific tasks include:

Audiologist with fitting experience and a commercial mindset
As an audiologist, you have experience fitting hearing aids and training within the industry, so that you have a solid understanding of hearing technology and the needs of both the customer (hearing care professionals) and hearing aid user. Furthermore, you have commercial market insight and know the industry and the competitive landscape.
Being motivated by new challenges, you take ownership of projects, processes and plans, and you are able to move from a helicopter view down to the small detail. Lastly, with your communication skills, you can convey technical issues and methods at all professional levels – both internally and externally.

- Effectively designing training plans and curricula to meet GN business goals, keeping learner needs front of mind
- Designing and executing full training projects – including product launch training events with cross-functional collaboration
- Understanding the competitive landscape within hearing aids and utilizing this knowledge
- Contributing to develop and revolutionize the way we do training at GN
- Gaining a comprehensive understanding of instructional design and learning science methodology

We furthermore imagine that you have:
- Either a bachelor’s degree in audiology and 5+ years’ experience in the field or a master’s, Ph.D. or AuD degree with 3+ years’ experience
- Several years of hearing aid fitting experience
- Excellent public speaking skills
- A strong understanding of the industry, including current products, business models and challenges in the marketplace, and you can utilize this knowledge for sales support and training
